The challenge
The client needed a software product delivered by one accountable team, from the first architecture decisions through to a launched, supported release, rather than handing separate phases to separate vendors.

We started with architecture, settling the structure of the system before feature work began. From there we built iteratively, reviewed progress with the client throughout, and carried the product through launch preparation ourselves.
