We do not collect any personal information from you if you simply browse the site without submitting the form.

Form submissions are delivered by email, via the Resend email service, to office@codesigma.tech. We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is used and why.

How your information is shared

Your form submission passes through Resend, the email delivery service we use to send it to our inbox. Beyond that, we do not share your information with third parties, except where the law requires us to.

Data retention and deletion

We keep inquiry emails only as long as they are useful for responding to you and following up on your request. You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing office@codesigma.tech, and we will remove it.

Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us, including limiting who can access our inbox and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat what you share with us as confidential by default.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the site gains new features that handle data differently. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
